I highly doubt its the secondary pump since it only works at the start up, and would have given you the CEL when you started the car. It could be as simple as a misfire, vapour leak(gas cap), etc.

ya man i got my first week after i bought my car used
so i was pissed
i jus drove it off
came on once in a while now im 3 months no problems

Hey WASABI - did you have to replace both O2 sensors at the same time? I had to replace the after-cat one at 93K but the pre-cat is still running good so far..

Nope, they went bad on different times. I think they were both after the cat, but not 100%, I think #2 and #3.

It ended up being a gas ventilation thing.

The check engine light actually went away before my first run at the auto-x, which was good, but I got it scanned anyway. Thanks again Serge.

Was it the Charcoal Canister code? I got that one and it went away too.

What exactly was "gas ventilation thing?" Is it something that just goes away or a problem with a part?
