a IC it's a good idea blow off, etc etc,

by the way, you should look first to descompress the engine, in that way you can add more PSI= More Power....

good luck..

i think he means lower the compression in the engine.
The best thing to invest in, is extra money on the side for repairs, because a lot of stuff will break here and there once it gets installed....i'm still fixing misc quirks on my setup.

If you go with the stage II AA setup, they'll give you the parts you need to lower compression.

Where are you getting it installed? Doing it yourself?

I've done quite a bit of research on setting up a turbo in a bimmer. Expect to drop about 20g's USD if you're doing it. This includes your BBK, and suspension to hold that sucker to the ground. Driving a turbo'd car is totally different than a n/a car.

But always go with suspension, and bbk. Safety first!

Yeah i was probably going to install it myself with help of my brother and fellow friends from bimmerforums. This is why i am doing the research even before i buy the 95 m3...what is a bbk? and yes $20k is about what i ended up with when i added the turbo kit and than things i would upgrade

what kind of turbo did you put on that is?
i had the plan to do that but i just dont have the money or the car to do it, i bought the turbo, (its off a talon, rebuilt and port and polished, new turbines) so its in good condition, and it has low miles, pulled it off of a wrecked talon, but its a t25, but my engine has 185,000 on it. just to high. How many miles does the Is have? What are you useing for your fuel management system, and your knock sensor, also your exause manifold?

NAHHH, actually its CLOSE to the truth!
i know for a fact that A company does that, just not sure which one, i believe it IS AA, but ya, there is one company that WILL NOT sell you a TURBO unless you have the stuff to CONTROL the power (ie, BRAKES, SUSP. CLUTCH, ETC.)
