Thinking of new purchase, opinions??

Just found 633CSi. Body dead straight, paint shiny, deep black, Looks to have no mods other than the black 18's on it (unsure of make, but they have a super deep lip, logo is green and sounds german) Unsure of year (late 80's possibly). Drove by it today in shopping center. Is asking $3200 obo, Is this worth the $$$$

I dont know if the money is worth it or not but I hear that motor is just dyeing to be forced induction.
