Bilstein shock warranty.. questions
Has anyone sucessfully exchanged their busted Bilstein shocks/struts for good ones without a receipt? I remember quite a few of you on here have busted shocks but no receipt.
If anyone has been sucessful in doing so, please give me the proper procedure to follow or who I should contact.
I noticed on their website it says I have to tag the shock with a red tag before sending it in. What the heck does that mean? I assume this tag was included with the package or something?
