Double clutch

Hey, i am a new driver with my G2. I have been reading these forums for a year or so. I was wondering if you guys double clutch when shifting. If so, how do you do it, and y do you do it. I don't have my bmw yet, I drive my moms Benz C230 kompressor and her Volvo, my dads mustang and his camry (which is a standard). Just wanted to know, Thanks

To save you some trouble of reading the old threads....

Double clutching is slower then normal shifting, dont do it, its dumb (unless you have a synchro-less racing tranny, and even then...). If the car you plan on driving is from the mid 40s, then sure, double clutch all you want.
