Has anyone tried the H&R Cup Kit?
If so, how low does it go? Is it too low to be driven in the winter?

Thanks

Todd...Bliss has the HR coilovers and u have seen how low they go..they can even go lower than he had it! and he has 19s!! man, get HR..its cheaper, and MUCH better than ACS...ACS jus seems good cuz its a brand, but they dont do anything for your car..its prolly HR coilovers renamed to ACS!

...it's not an adjustable coilover so you can't play with the ride height, however it supposely drops it pretty nicely but not as low as adjustable coilovers. If you go to Teutonic.ca and look at the featured car, Frank's E46 330i all AC'ed up, he has the cup kit.

I remember sitting shotgun in his car with the teutonic lapping day; seems to be a smooth ride

I have read that H&R coilovers are harsh ie. stiff and very jarring durring a drive on everday roads. I have not been in Bliss's car but he has them on and they do look very good.

Not to many people run ACS coilovers (even on E46fanatics) thus there is not much feedback about them.

Also look into the KW inox line of coilovers. V 1 are nonadjustable and V 2 are adjustable. V 3's are rebound and compression adjustable.

Make sure to upgrade your RSM (rear shock mounts) at the same time as the coilover install.
