Talking turbo tuning

I'm still tuning this be-atch.
I gotta upgrade the fuel press reg. (the one I have know is crap.) Could this be a reason why she may be running a bit lean thru certain RPMs and in comparison to others? I think it's running RICH/LEAN/LEAN..compared to RICH/AVERAGE/RICH?
I ALSO just found out that my cat is f'd up. It was only working thru one side so it's all banged out and good as new. It should be done by Sat. Hopefully, the top end will be a bit nicer, too.
Any info/ideas are welcomed.

I highly doubt that it's your AFPR. If I were you I would replace the fuel pump ASAP. Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and see what kind of PSI you are pushing after 4.5k.
