buick? on hydraulics

i was going downtown and i see this red pickup stopped at a red light and he starts burning his tires.. i think he had US plates
then i joined in

and all of a sudden this old big american car (i think buick) pulls up and starts bouncing for like half a minute... that was sweeet!
you could even see some of the setup underneath the car just by lookin at it from the back

theres an orange impala or w/e that i see once in a while . that thing is a different height everytime i see it..
