How much are we talking here? And do you know how much for the installation? And I assume it would fit my manual 323is (e36, 2.5L inline six).........

Oh it won't? I was under the impression that a 323 WOULD fit but I could certainly be wrong! Does anyone know for sure?

I'm 110% shure that diff will not fit. BMW has changed the design between the last E30 in 1991 to the first E36 in 1992. If you are looking for a diff then make shure it is between the years of 1992 and 1999.

i am 200% agree with you. i just finished reading about it the different differential E30 and E36. actually i was looking for more info on known problem of pre-94 E36 subframe problem.
