Same thing happened to me we thought if was the rod bearings replaced them ..then we started it up and the same knock noise was there..we found out it was the piston pin on #6
But...The bearing on #6 cly was really bad too. I end up buying another block with 70k on it after all that.!!. 4k later.
I assume 4k was cheaper than rebuilding it all properly right?
