E90 idle/low rpm rattle recording

sounds like a heat shield. Its either lose or rusted.

When i went to the exhaust place the guy took care of it for me it was last year so i don't remember exactly what he did but if you have the same problem I'm sure they would fix it for nothing they didn't even charge me for it took him 2 seconds
