Tranny Pull E46
Hey everyone,
I'm new to this forum, so forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong section.
I recently purchased a 325 on kijiji, next thing I find out (when replacing the slave cylinder) is that the clutch fork is broken. This requires me to drop the transmission. I am very interested in doing it myself, however I do not have the required tools (I believe there is a set of specific sockets for the job), nor a lift, nor the expertise/experience. This leaves me with no choice but to go to a garage; while I purchased this car to learn how to work on it.
My next question is whether I can get someone to help me out with this. I'm prepared to offer cash, no problem. I would love to have someone guide me through it.
I'm located in Ottawa, is there anyone who can help me out?
Any tips and suggestions would be very helpful.
Thanks for your time
