M3 coupe front bumper question.

Newbie question I'm sure..... Well I've taken the plunge and bought a project 2002 BMW M3 SMG MLC (mid life crisis). It needs a front bumper and from what I've been able to find so far, I believe the regular e46 (non-M3) front bumper's won't work.

Assuming the above is true (can somebody with more experience confirm that?), I've had no luck finding aftermarket bumpers. All searches so far, are filled with "M3 style" or "M3 type" in the description, making it hard to find possible aftermarket bumpers.

Can anybody provide a link, or point me towards a source for front bumpers for the M3? Supporting local businesses is preferred of course.

No, the non-M3 bumper will not fit, but even if it did, would you want one!? Unless you cant tell the difference! Your best bet is a used one, from a reputable source, but they are HARD to find...

I think extremeparts.ca has aftermarket replica bumpers. But often the fit on aftermarket parts is a little "off". But I would try to Source OEM used instead if possible.

Maybe call Eurostyle?

As far as i know, they have the M3 replica that fits the regular coupe/sedan.
For the price, i was very happy with my purchases from Extremeparts! It's worth checking them out.
