Where to get wheels filled & drilled?

I've got a set of e38 Style 5s that are 5x120. I'd like to have them filled (welded up) and re-drilled to fit on my e30. (4x100).

Are there any shops around here (Niagara/Hamilton) that won't charge an arm an a leg, and will do a decent/safe job?

I've heard of people getting this done for like $65 per wheel! At that price it's definitely worth it.

You might want to consider one of these instead.

I wanna know how you tighten the eccentric and get the hole to land in the correct location.

Someone should make a 3 or 4 hole plug version so you don't have to unscrew it as much. Maybe put some flats on it so you can use a wrench.

OP - Good Luck! Let us know what you do. If you haven't already, check the offsets to see how it stacks up. I don't think you want you style 5s sticking out too much. You could always sell and buy something else... I just sold two sets of 17" Style 5. I'm surprised how much response I got.

..... and post some pix!

I've explored spacers already. Even contacted the companies who make them. The thinnest I can get will be 18mm. With the offset of the style 5s, I'd have to roll my fenders and run stretched tires.

I'm not going for a hellaflush look with my E30. More along the lines of a restomod/OEM+.

Not sure if I'll go through with re-drilling. Could be an insurance nightmare if one of them fails and hurts someone.

I'll probably just sell them and wait for something that fits.
