You've attached a zip file, not a photo.

Off the top of my head, have you had any exhaust rattles or noises lately, no leaks just rattle or noise

Looks like a mid pipe exhaust mounting bracket, one bolt through it to a longer bar/bracket fixed above, so again, no leak, just a rattle possible or noise of some annoying sort. Mind you it is there for support so a simple 10 minutes on a hoist and you'll be good to go. Assuming that is the lower section and not part of the top section which I doubt but either way not a "big" deal at all.

That will be $125.00+HST and Mary will accept Cash, Credit or Debit at the front, thank you for visiting BMW.

Thanks Blackedout95!

Stopped in at a mechanics today and showed him the offending article and he reckons it may be what you mentioned. I figured it was near the resonator as there was no real play or give on the outlets. Just couldnt squeeze underneath to have a good look.
Didnt have the "beast" out today due to Sunday Lazyness!

Strangely enough you are correct! I have heard a small creaking sound over the last week as i go over the larger of our beautifully maintained Ontario snow covered bumps in the road!

"Do you accept cheques Mary? Whats this in the corner you ask?? Oh thats what we call postdating!"

Many Thanks guys!
