E36 M3 ENGINE/TRANNY/BRAKES package deal

E36 M3 Engine,Transmission and Brake setup

Was going into project car but just picked up a new toy

Engine

S52B32 Production 10/1997 (from a í98 M3)
OBD 2 Running stock DME
Currently has just under 160 000 kms (documentation to prove)
Oil always changed @ 5000 kms with Castrol synthetic (oem oil filters only)
Never had aftermarket parts, always ran 100% stock
Oil pump nut welded to shaft

Compression test: 178 psi (+/- 3psi) across all 6 cyl

Leakdown test: 4% (+/- 3%) across all 6 cyl

Just replaced all of these items not because they were required, simply put preventative maintenance and easier to do out of car: crank seal, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, valve cover with spark plug gaskets, dip stick o-ring, main coolant pipe o-rings (2), all idler/tensioner pulleys, spark plugs and more more that escapes me right now, pictured to prove everything!

Transmission

5 speed ZF, VIN sticker matching engine
Clean, absolutely no leaks or sweating
Always ran oem rubber tranny mounts
MTF-LT1 changed every year
Zero grinds or shifting issues
Rogue Engineering SSK with linkage, no play or slop, just tight

Included

ALL accessories and pulleys (including a/c setup not shown/installed)
Ignition system (coils/plugs/harness)
Intake/fuel system (ASC t.b.,boots, MAF, cruise, etc)
DME and wiring harness
M3 front subframe(re-enforced) and mounts
Oem flywheel/clutch/pressure plate
Starter
Rogue Engineering SSK
Transmission
All hardware
Reassurance that you have the CLEANEST, most reliable S52 currently available
Also have OBD I wiring harness/fuel rail plus more for conversion if desired

Not Included

Exhaust manifolds (part #ís 11621744250 & 11621744251, same for 323/328/m3/528)
Coil cover (keeping my carbon cover) but can throw in m52 cover
Skill required to install into donor car of your choice

Brake Set-up

Complete, e36 m3 brake set-up, ignore surface rust on rotors, only from sitting for past month, (dont need to explain that to BMW owners lol)

Front control arms
M3 master cylinder
Front spindles
New wheel bearings
Mint calipers
Fresh pads and rotors (maybe 500kms)
All bolts/hardware/sensors
Flex lines were cut, good excuse to go braided stainless

Rear Trailing arms (all new trailing arm/inner camber arm/outer camber arm bushings)
New wheel bearings
Mint calipers
Fresh pads and rotors (500kms)
All bolts/hardware/sensors
Again one of two flex lines cut
Emergency brake cables cut (new m3 cables provided but missing backing plate and e-brake assembly)

TONS of pics available upon request but wont be wasting my time either
Not looking to part anything out
I would rather sell as a complete package
Local Pick-up free
Will ship/deliver at buyers expense (can be properly crated)

Asking $4500 CAD for the entire package, this is an amazing deal as Iím sure anyone who knows/understands the value of this will agree

Before trying to justify cheaper parts with what your buddy got, cluttering my thread with negativity, or just downright talking $HIT.....sit back for a moment and realize why you are on this amazing forum, for the love of BMW not the hate of others. Instead of wasting energy bringing people down encourage others to use and grow our community.

Thanks for your time because if you arent buying this I just might have wasted 5 mins of your life with my add lol
