E30 normal operating temp?

I have a e30 what temperature is normal for the engine to operate? Should I warm up car for 2minutes in winter or don't have to?

both my m20's ran between the 1/4-1/2 mark. I like to warm mine up for a few mins in the winter but I don't think its really necessary. As long as you aren't ripping it with cold oil it will do just fine.

Keep the revs below 2k while driving cold and you'll do fine...I personally warm mine up but it's not necessary. that warm up advice was given to me personally by one of the owners of BMW beach auto limited. when it existed back in the late 90s.
