Sunroof leak question

Are sunroof leaks common re: the X3 (2006) 2.5i? Any recommendations as to where to get repaired in the Burlington, Ontario area? Started my day with a lot of water in the back mud mat on drivers side. This girl could really use some advice

It's actually pretty common. Most of the time the drain tubes get clogged and need to be cleaned out. Here's a video showing the location of the tubes. Hope it's helpful.
