BMW Trillium Event at CTMP

This past weekend was my first time running with this group, and it was an absolute blast! The event was run so well, it truly was incredible - great job to everyone involved with organizing the weekend.

I also had the pleasure of meeting allot of really cool people, and it was equally enjoyable seeing them take their expensive machinery out on track and driving the piss out of them! Furthermore, I was extremely impressed by the on-track etiquette (despite a few grumblings), and I feel this made for a safe and almost event free weekend..

I am sure we would all love to see some video/photos from this event, so please share them! To get this started, below is a video from the final Instructor/Solo session on Saturday...it seemed all the fast cars came out which made for some exciting footage!

Was some amazing cars out at this event, unfortantly my weekend was cut short with a broken rocker arm that happened on my second session Saturday in B group.

Here's my favourite view at Mosport, from the top of turn 5 during the track walk.

Great school again! Not a drop of rain all day Saturday. I thought Sunday was going to be a writeoff but the fog lifted enough to go green and I had by far my fastest sessions ever.

Got one of the Saturday sessions on video. E30's still not done, playing with Felicia's BRZ

Thank-you

Thank-you for the kudos. I am one of 7 who help put this event together and it is so nice to hear praise for our countless volunteer hours. We always tend to hear the negative and rarely the kudos so once again Thank-you.

Big D!!!! I did not know you were there this weekend. Why didn't you come and say hi? I would never have known to look for you in a BRZ!? Glad you had a good time.

You guys seemed super busy all the time, esp on Sunday with the weather. We were there at the June school too, also together in the BRZ.

Sounds like another great weekend, I wanted to come hang out since I'm not that far from the track, but the crappy weather on Sunday kept me away.

Next year i'll have to do another school in the new M.

Trevor you missed a good one. Saturday was perfect weather, and although it rained sat am, and got foggy around lunch we had a solid run for the last 2.5 hours on Sunday with perfect weather again.

I think you'll have even more fun with your new Mmmmmmmmmmmm!

Yeah I know, last time it was the only one and a friend's FRS. Ours is blue and it was one of 3, I think there was one in each run group, or possibly one more with me in A.

Hopefully it'll be easier to find next year, it'll be parked next to a bigfoot E30 And my left arm will get a break from pointing people by on the straights

I had a great time as well! There was a lot of open track for me and everyone was good about passing. I can't wait to go back on Monday for the ASE day.

My one regret was forgetting to ask someone with a BBK to test fit my ARC-8's for calliper clearance!
