Seat cushion question.

So I saw some sweet e36s at the wreckers today in particular a mint set of vaders in a sedan. problem is I'm looking at a coupe how hard is it to take the seat back frame off a coupe seat and drop it on the vader bottom? and of course taking the clean seat back cushions and attaching them to the coupe seat back?

IK these are very tech ? but any help is appreciated.

Take the seat, figure it out later. Vaders in good shape run many hundreds these days.
