Question Thinking of selling my low kms e36

Hey guys I have a '94 325is in helrot with about 114,00 kms on it, its been my daily driver for around 3-4 years now its been a great reliable car and I dont really want to sell it but I bought a 330ci not to long ago so I havent been driving it for a couple weeks and of course when I went to start it the other day the gauges decided to go crazy on me...I dont really have the space for both, the car has a bit of surface/bubbling rust on the rear wheel wells nothing serious..wanted to know what you guys think I should list the car for?

The cars a 5spd, the paint is still really nice on it minus a few spots, interior is in good shape, I had M3 cams installed at RMP motors a few years ago, has a new clutch with less then 500 kms on, just did the fuel pump on it, RMP rebuilt the vanos with beisan gaskets when they did the cams, also has meyle HD front control arms and UUC bushings

What do you guys think I should list it for?
Heres a picture with the winter rims on it:
