I've got an issue with my top going down.. Can anyone recomeend a shop that can fix the issue and not charge an arm and leg??

I think its the pump but not sure and dont really want to play around with it.

Thanks

What happened when the top is going down? I got my E46 M3 fixed last year. There was some clicking noise when the lid is about to close.

It was the module/motor that sits underneath the back seat. This unit controls the movement. It wasn't cheap fix.

It starts to open and stops within 5 seconds.. Someone took a look and advised the pump ig gone but I doubt it.. It may just be low on oil.. Honestly I just want to take it to a person that knows their shit! I'm hoping to find a member that could help.

Where did you take yours to?
