Drive clean BS

Failed the Ontario drive clean, got the code checked for free at Parts Source instead of the $140 crappy tire wanted to charge, code was P1098, i'm trying to locate the oil temperature sensor.
Anybody have experience with this?

Yes, purchase BMW Scanner 1.4 for $30 and never have to pay to scan your codes again.

You can also program features on your car which the dealer will charge 1 hour labour to do.

Every E46 owner should have this tool.

Every car owner should vote for Ontario PC and scrap the Driveclean program !
It has outlived its usefulness !

That drive clean test is just a rip off to put more money in the province's pocket....but its not going anywhere unfortunately.
