Nice vid! But the video quality is still no good in HD, maybe the upload was already dumbed down?

YouTube and iMovie compress it pretty bad. There is hardly any pixelation on the file on my computer.

This is an upload from my HERO3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fHQVuHrdE0 and doesn't look like your video.

I did notice the quality seemed to have dropped from when you were in the parking lot (bacon scene) to the drive scenes (pixels got larger/worse).

I've never had quality issues with HD on youtube... there was definitely some major compression/quality reduction going on in this video before it got to youtube.

The pixels are huge on it.

Try using Final Cut Pro or a similar program instead of iMovie.

Thanks for sharing, I had a lot of fun on that cruise. I should edit some of my video footage, too...
