E30 - BMW paint

I need to attend several minor rust areas on my e30.
I have hard time finding a spay can with the necessay paint. BMW delareships only carry touch up with small brush, but nothing as a spay.

Where to get it in a can?
Please help.

Lazurblau Metallic, BMW paint code is 294.
1991 318i sedan.

I usually hit up Cawrtha Automotive down by Cawrtha and Lakeshore. Good prices mixed right on the spot!

These guys are good too. Just give them the paint code and they can mix it in a can.

follow this advice. spot on. If you want REAL paint go this route. Tom really knows his stuff. Dont waste time going elsewhere. Go straight here.

The cheap spray bomb garbage rarely matches and is shitty.

If you want real base/clear from a can go to that carquest. Not ANY carquest. Go to the one in concord. they ARE the specific paint place with the real deal on hand.

We used to deal with Carquest back in the day when they pushed RM paints. If they are still using RM, that will be good.

BUT, Paint Circuit is top drawer also...I can tell you that certain transit companies are using their cans for easy touch ups.

Yes that carquest is the only one in the GTA that stocks RM Diamont paint.(Which is oem paint. You can argue semantics and line name changes but it is as oem as it gets)

He can mix you can on the spot. Dont waste time at other locations like I did. It will be a bit more costly that what you may be accustomed to spending especially compared to those POS $20-25 spray bombs but its proper stuff.

Use your oem paint code. Dont waste time trying to "match". A proper paint blend(painting technique) with oem paint code is what you want.

I work at a CarQuest location that deals with paint, and we mix spot on OEM colours into spray cans (as well as paint for spray guns). I just did some touch up work on my titan silver e46, and it matched perfectly.

As long as it is the RM stuff, you are good. I used to mix the RM UNO is house at our shop. Next time you talk to Tom, tell him Jeremy from FIBA says hello.
