OK to buy used springs??

Hey everyone. A question: Is it ok to buy used H&R springs? The ones I'm looking at were on a 335 coupe for 2 years, and would be going on my 335 coupe as well. I track my car and I'm wondering if it's worth it to save $200?
Thanks.

As long as the paint finish isn't broken, they should be okay.

Used springs are generally fine, if there's no rusting and well maintained.

If you're tracking the car and using springs on stock components, then you may run into issues in the long term (not due to new/old springs but due to the stock dampers). If you're tracking I'd recommend a full coilover/strut setup or staying stock so the dampers aren't stressed beyond their design point.
