Trial date has been set in August after failed settlement conference with all parties involved. It's almost 2 years since the accident.

CAA plus membership is a must have for anyone. Theyve always been amazing with me and my cars. And yes, being very lax about letting you drive up on the flatbed, not asking for your card, if they smoke, letting you smoke in the truck for long hauls. They get most of whatever is in my pocket after the tow is completed. Its against company policy to get a second tow from the same location it was dropped off, but they've been very lax about that as well with me.
Just don't ask for a tow at the track, find any way to tow it to the public road outside of the grounds and don't for any reason say you were at the track, they will deny the tow.

Wow. Curious to see how this turns out. Here's to hoping the consumer sticks it to these scamming insurance companies for once. All the best to you.
