I have a set of b-pillar covers in excellent shape for pre-79 E12's. The seatbelt mount is in a different location compared to the facelift models. They're in tan but you can dye them by using Leatherique for example and they'll come out like new. I know someone that used Leatherique and transformed his tan interior to black and it come out really sharp.

Sorry, I can't help you with the C-pillar because I don't have a spare headliner.
I have a fair amount of odds and ends so feel free to PM me if you come across something you need.
