Bimmerfest East 2013

Who's going this year? This will be my first time going to Bimmerfest and I was wondering if there is a convoy that heads from Toronto down to Maryland. It is schedule for the 20th of July and Google maps says the drive is about 8 hours long which means its probably around 6 hours. Should be awesome! Anyways, who is planning on going this year?

I've gone down the last 2 years.

Contemplating going again this year.

No real organized caravans, just whatever you setup with your buddies.

Yea, I'm very excited to go this year. I Pre-regsitered online already, lol. The only thing is, only two of my buddies drive BMW's, it would be nice to have a big convoy coming down from Ontario. Hopefully someone organizes a caravan to Bimmerfest.

Thx.

Im really excited to go this year. For the people that have gone before, do you usually get a hotel for one or two nights? I can't imagine driving 8 hours home after the show. Anyways someone should organize a Canadian convoy, it would be sick to be rolling in deep with a bunch of bimmers from Ontario.

What I did last year, and the year before, was to drive down all the way to Maryland in one shot the night before the show, stay the night, wake up, enjoy the show.

After the show, we left Maryland, as there is not much to do in the area, and headed towards New York for two nights before heading back to Toronto.

Not much? The highlight of the Aberdeen was the Applebees...aside from the show. They should honestly have it in New York like in prev. years.

Yea, that sounds like a good idea, I'm not too enthused about the location but meh, Spending the night in New York would be much, much better than hanging around Maryland.

and H20 would be sick, when is it this year and where? I have never been, nor have I looked into going, but that video made it look like a lot of fun. If it is scheduled on the same dates as Bimmerfest, I would opt for the bmw specific event for sure. However, H20 would definitely be awesome.

***paging someone to organize a canadian convoy to Bimmerfest!!!***

God damn, I don't know which cars I liked best. So much epic metal in that video!!!!! I can't wait for this. 2011 was a blast! I don't know how the locals handle the burnouts in the middle of the road. Lol.
