lucad2 2nd Gear Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: Woodbridge Posts: 99 Car: 2005 BMW M3	Toronto parking rules Near my school there is a street that you are aloud to park for free for a max of 3 hours. How do they know how long you have been there? My guess would be the marking the tire method but I have not noticed it on anyone's tires. Also if I leave and come back does the 3 hours start again?
