trunk help

so i bought an e30 recently and i was working on it, and when i was finished i put my tools in my trunk cause i have to park on the street(shit i know) but now my trunk is locked and i cant unlock it without wrecking my key. all of the tools i would use to fix this situation are in the trunk. its like a bad comedy and i need in there!!!! help any tips without drilling the lock?

maybe a stupid question, but does your back seat have a ski-pass you can reach through?

If not, you could remove your back seat and you should be able to kick out the piece of metal that covers where the ski-pass would normally be.

Can't unlock from driver's or passenger's door? Or is your power lock borked?

my trunk is FULL of tools if i could get through the ski bag i would have already the lock cylinder turns all the way around until right before its supposed to "unlock" then stops dead ive already bent my key getting mad at it. and my power locks dont work, one of those ya'know you drive an e30 situations.
