2002 E46 M3: 25000$ this week only

Carbon Black / Cinnamon
6 vitesses
+/- 120000km

I don't think this is a complete list but gives you a pretty good idea. There is probably more than 8000$ in there, mostly done at the beggining of last summer. This is one SOLID M3, not perfect but very very nice.

Maintenance (all OEM BMW parts):
Vanos filter change kit (includes filter and o-rings for replacement)
Vanos pressure hose
Combi valve gasket
Engine mounts (2)
Spark Plugs (6)
Coil Pack Bosch (6)
Fuel filter
ECS cooling maintenance kit level 2
-Water pump with metal impeller
-Fan switch
-Thermostat
-Sealing gaskets
-Expansion tank & cap
-1 gallon coolant
-Upper & lower radiator hoses
-A/C belt
-Accessory belt
-Water pump pulley
Exhaust pipe hanger (2)
Exhaust gasket
Universal flex disc (guibo)
Front sway bar end link (2)
Sway bar end link (2)
Fuel door catch
Window switch driver’s side
Xenon headlight lens cover (left & right)
Cabin filter / fresh air filter (charcoal lined)
Brake fluid – 12 fl oz (2)
Manual transmission fluid 5L
Engine oil (6) and filter
ECS rear differential service kit
-Three bottles of Genuine BMW limited slip gear lube
-Two new Genuine BMW drain/fill plugs
-Drain plug o-ring
Front bumper repainted beginning of summer with new lower front bumper grille.
Hood vent
Vent window inner gasket seal (2)
Carbon Black OEM touch up paint stick
Valve cover gasket
Front and rear rotors
Front and rear brake pads
Power steering expansion hose

Modifications:
LED license plate bulbs (DIY on ECS tuning)
European Silverstar H7 headlight bulb for DRL (2)
9006 bulb set – pure yellow (foglights)
eAs Aurora 60LED angel eye kit (DIY on eAs)
Stoptech stainless steel brake lines (front)
Stoptech stainless steel brake lines (rear)
CDV delete
Matte black grilles
Matte black side gills
Rogue Engineering transmission mounts
Rogue Engineering rear shock mounts
Rogue Engineering E36/E46 front strut tower reinforcement
Rogue Engineering rear spring perch reinforcement (E46)
Rogue Engineering clutch stop
Rogue Engineering stainless steel clutch line
Rogue Engineering El Diablo muffler (used)
KW variant 2 coilovers (used)
Alcantara steering wheel with matching shift and brake boots (used)
Amber tail lights/corners/sidemarkers (sides new, rest used)
UUC front swaybar (used)
Carbon fiber rear diffuser (used, new paint beginning of summer)

******Car will come with OEM 19's and Michelin Pilot Sport, not the Work VS-XX with Falkens. *******

I still have a new guibo to install as well as I have picked up a used oem short shift kit, a Supersprint section 1, a Status Gruppe Tuning resonated section 2. All these parts come with the car.

Was planning to buy shifter bushings because the shifter is a little loose. Also the car drips a tiny bit of oil because the drain plug is stripped and needs to be fixed.

The car has an older Apline head unit and a sub in the trunk.

Don't be fooled by 16000$-18000$ M3's, they are not close to my M3, save yourself the time and the money with this well kept car. It is currently stored in a heated garage.

I spotted a car I want and will hold this sale for around one week.

Quebec's market is a little different for clean M3's but what I meant is that if it doesn't sell within a week, the car I want will probably have sold so I'll take mine off the market.

I could propably part it and sell it for close to 20k wich would maybe appear less frightening of a price but did you read the maintenance I did? New brakes, new cooling system, etc, etc. It's probably mechanically in better shape than a 70000km car.

I have the basic quality mods that everyone wants, coilovers, exhaust, diffuser, iconz front lip, alcantara steering. It's also a very nice color combo.

Seeing as you are probably an expert, how much would you ask for? At least my car doesn't need a head gasket job!

I didn't put 8k-10k in the car this year to sell it this quick, I was planning on many years of trouble free ownership. I won't give it away and maybe subconsciously I don't want to sell it.

Factoring in the recent maintenance, the mods, the colour combo, and the mileage I'd say that $25000 is a very fair price. I happily paid slightly more for my car a few months ago (2005, same colour combo, ~72k km) AND mine is completely stock with Inspection II outstanding; the value for money with the OP's vehichle is very good IMO and pride of ownership is apparent. GLWS

Very well said, thanks man! Thanks for the post and the support!

And yeah I love the car and BMW's in general, happy to see it comes through in my ad.

The thing with E46 M3's it the prices are getting so low but the cars are often high mileage and in poor condition. Getting it back to it's glory epties your wallet REAL fast! lol

Completely different story than a 3yr older car with nearly 2x the mileage.

GLWS. Seems nice.

For clarification, I'm not saying that my vehicle and his are directly comparable just that they're similiar enough to offer a point of reference, that IMO the value is derived by considering the whole package, and when I consider the whole package I agree with the OP's valuation of his vehicle.

I'll probably end up parting out at the end of summer and selling a nice clean stock M3 for a lower price.

I was just seeing if i could generate interest or offers with the car as is so I could buy STALKER's E90 M3.

You're crazy! You would regret selling your car for an e90+. Have you driven one?
