Really? It was pretty sweet, could have had more action though...the last action sequence could have been better.

Was a good movie IMO... not typical JB action all the time but nice to see how it tied in with other aspects of Bond

Javier Bardem was great. One of the better Bond villains I've seen.

I actually like this about the new "Daniel Craig" Bond movies. I really like the lack of crazy gadgets too.

I liked the movie overall it was just that scene at Bond's house that I found lame.

I enjoyed it, don't need too much action, I do miss the gadgets and crazy cars, however.
In any case, i found it to really delve deep into who Bond is. The way they portrayed Bond as "broken" and "wounded" and "lost" was great too.

IMO too many movies now a days are jut about blowing shit up...

Jame Bond movies have always been extravagant (the Brosnan ones were the worst for this IMO as they were truly over the top). And after Quantum of Solace not really delivering much on anything (action wise it was good though) in relation to the story they brought to light with Casino Royal (IMO the best 007 movie to date), Skyfall was a welcome change of pace IMO.

Action was good enough to keep it interesting, but not so much to focus on the back story they were trying to portray. Of course they can't continue to make 007 movies like Skyfall but I'm sure they know that.
