Anyone have INPA in west end?

Hey guys,

Does anyone have INPA in the west end? I need help ASAP, I've got a dead e65 in my driveway, and I'm going to replace the battery in it, but I need someone with INPA to come register the battery to the car. I have the steps needed, it's pretty straight forward, but I need this done soon as the car is supposed to be off the road tonight.
