really?..you lose your job,you have the total fear of getting convicted for a serious crime,you fought for your life against a stranger,you spend thousands on lawyers....you still have the fear of the douche bag coming back later on for revenge...

I dunno man, I've been charged with assault, assault with a weapon... I am a fully functional member of society... lol I've had no problems finding jobs...
Also if not for my crappy vision I probably would have been a AUX TPS Officer...
As long as the charges don't stick they don't come up in any background checks...

When you get charged... they are filled in their system... Which unless pertains to a police investigation can not be seen by anyone... It won't come up on a police check...
When you get convicted its a whole different story... On a side note before you think I am a hooligan... I'm a trained and certified body guard/security guard... I got charged both times for getting into bar fights...
The other guys ended up worse than me
