If I had to do it again, I'd have it out much faster. It's not actually that difficult, it just seems like a daunting task. Pull it as the whole assembly tho.

Cormier it took you 30 min to drop the rear and replace your subframe bushing?
Lol took me 2 weekends of biblical efforts to do mine on my old '85... I'm likely paying a shop the one on my vert next year....

Yeh I looked online and people were screwing a 3/8 threaded rod into the bushing and then hammering from above. I needed it out so I cut it out and dealt with the collar things later. Now I just have to get those washers off!
Yeh big surfer, I love the whole culture of Hawaiian surfers.

If you want me to take your subframe out, I will help you do it. Honestly I feel like I could do it very fast next time.
Both sides of mine were severely seized.

Ha well I'm only counting the time spent on the method that worked... I probably spent longer than you did just hitting the stupid subframe with various heavy objects and even putting my whole body weight on it (don't try at home)... Then I figured out I probably need a secret trick

In case anyone is wondering what happened, I posted the build up on R3VLimited, where more people are around. (though this is 14 pages and that one is only 3, so we shall see...)
Either way, here's the build over there. Page 2 is probably where it picks up from here.

Probably because you don't have people like us ass-clowns posting useless shit in your thread over there. But that's about to change.
