WTB: Bald/Used Wheels+Tires for E90 M3

I'm in need of cheap wheels and/or tires to slap on my car for the winter. Trying to prevent flat spots. I don't care what it looks like, or how bad the tires are. They don't even need to hold air LOL. They just need to fit an E9X M3.

why don't you just place foam board insulation underneath your wheels?

That's my fall back plan... I'd rather get the summers off and not risk any flat spots. If I can't secure a cheap set of wheels/tires, I'll settle for over inflating them and sticking something under the tires.

I can let go of the rims with tires that need to be replaced, not bald yet. Should be good for your purpose. How is $150?

They don't leak or anything so you can actually take car for a spin on try day to keep the fluid moving and batter charged.

Alternatively you could jack your car up on stands. But idk if that would loosen up the suspension...or leave stress marks on jack points..


NVM 16inch rims won't clear your brakes. I highly doubt it. Someone can double check.

Look for crappy 18" 5 , 6 or 7 series wheels. The offsets are suitable.

Doesn't matter, as long as I can bolt it to the car. I'm not planning on driving the car with those tires. I'm going to slap on a battery maintainer and not touch the car till spring.

If you're not driving the car, just keep the car up on jackstands. That way, the tires don't touch the ground.

I thought about that, but the car is going up against a wall to get it out of the way. No access on passenger side. I could probably just jack it up from the diff and the front jack point, but I think it's easier to just swap wheels. I might look at it again to see if there's an easy way though! Thanks for suggestion.

i got a crappy pair of tires 245 35 19 275 30 19 conti's if you want to pick them up for $200 (decent looking down to wear bars and are cupped so they are loud)

Thx for offer, I need wheels more then I need tires... I have a set of old Falken 18" tires that I will stick on the wheels.

Anyone one has cheap 18" wheels kicking around, please let me know...
