Where I took it to get a pre-safety inspection said there's a hole (you can see the rust in the pic by the driver's jack point) that he wouldn't know the extent of it until the carpet was pulled back, could be a quick repair, could be a whole day's job; plus the rear rotors were "rusty and probably needed to be replaced" so I figured 1500 would be enough to cover rear brakes (including calipers) and a not-so-fun repair job on the hole.
As for the rest of the car, had two guys have the car up on jacks to inspect it and comment on how clean it looked underneath; nobody noticed the hole, so who knows.
For somebody who knows how to weld and do the brakes, could be a lot less obviously than having it done in a shop but I can't weld and don't have time to do brakes; I just have to move this car as I don't want to store it another winter.
