Brand new in box, only thing is that the supplied air filter was the wrong size to fit the intake tube. Prob just go pick up a K&N for $40 at your local performance shop.
Should fit all 328i's and 330i's. 320i, 323i, and 325i's would req a different airflow meter silicone adapter.
