what coolant to use on e30s

I use the BMW branded stuff from the dealer. One jug does 8L which is just about enough to do a full flush, fill and bleed.

I'm sure there's less expensive options, but much like what you're probably seeing now I saw no consensus on what to use. So I went with what I knew wouldn't leave me at the side of the road.

I run pure distilled water in the spring/fall/summer months,then i use a 50/50 mixture of bmw coolant/distilled water in the winter

The regular Prestone stuff from Crappy Tire works fine.

It's an e30 you can piss in it and it won't make a difference.

Just be sure to bleed it and change it regularly.

I also use the bmw stuff, but I'm sure it's unnecessary.
