swirls scratches and paint chips

hey guys this has been driving me crazy the entire summer
my car is full of light scratches and swirl marks and well as a few stone chips and what looks like wax marks.
what is the best shop that i can get rid of all of the imperfections and get the paint back to showroom condition.

I am even thinking of taking it to a body shop to give it a light respray if that is what it takes ( i am really picky to the paint and it has to be like a mirror )
