I have to replace my rear wheel bearings next weekend on Saturday, but I could probably work around that. Sunday might be bad though. Plans have been made for me and I'm not sure i can get out of them.

It was nice because it didn't cost anything this round. Time to really do some preventative maintenance though! Stupid dme relay has actually fallen loose 2 times since! So im going to strap the relay to the connector or snatch a newer relay from the jy. iono. depends

Thanks karma

its infront of the strut tower on the left hand side. covered witha black box. should be the closest relay to the bumper. it looks like this. they call it the main relay in that picture. but lower in the article its mentioned to be the engine management relay / digital motor electronics relay (dme).. 2 names for everything

Shieeeet. That's on the engine harness itself. I don't have a spare one of those.

My car is on stands right now waiting for new brake backing plates. I was changing the rear bearings and decided I'd better replace them now rather than having to pull the hub later (which ruins the bearing) to change the backings.

If you have the proper stuff the rear bearings can be quite simple. I have a kit from harbor freight that made simple work of pressing the bearings in and out.

I'm actually waiting on my kit from Harbor Freight to come in. Should be in on Wednesday. Or at least to my broker in Port Huron on Wednesday. Who knows how long it'll take the CBSA to clear it.

Eric, the Altrom suggestion was great They are giving me decent pricing on Zimmerman and Textars. Still wondering if i can continue using the existing rotors, as they seem to be working just fine. Recommendations?

Get new rotors. Yours still have a bit of beef on them, but they'll be getting to the point of replacement soon too. Easier to get it all done at once and bed the new pads to new rotors (which is fun!).
