Any of the forum sponsors here can install headers. RMP, StanceFactory, Bimmersport, etc. Expect labor to be in the neighborhood of $4-500. While you have the headers out, definitely replace your CPV o-ring.
If you are running catless, it'll be damn tough to pass emissions. So, get yourself a catted section 1 and you'll be fine with passing emissions. I see that you have a rasp pipe...either get cats welded into that, or sell it for a different setup with cats.

We have installed many sets of headers, the gains are decent.
We also can dyno your car before and after to confirm the gains in hp!

You more than likely wont pass emissions. You'll need some cats in the mid section.
Do not go to Bimmersport. RMP and Stancefactory are good options.

If you plan to pass emissions AND have a nice clean install that will last and be reliable then your best bet will be to get CSL manifolds and section 2.
Other options consist of poorly made china parts that will fall apart after a year.
It'll set you back about $1700-2000 plus about $500-700 for install.
You will gain 11rwhp at upper RPM range, have a much nicer , raspier exhaust tone. Your wallet will also drain about $2500 but your E status will go thought the roof.
If you need help with getting OEM CSL manifolds, let me know

CSl setup will work. Good luck finding that midpipe though.

You'll pass with oem csl/euro setup no sweat. It's only when you're going catless that will cause issues.

CSL setup WILL pass. Hell, I am running CSL headers with catted section 1 AND a supercharger and I still passed my emissions test in 2011.

A 325 running catless headers gained 11whp.
Expect more if going catless, or around the same if they're just high-flowing.
