ENGINE BUILDING GURUS...Advice needed

I've just started to pull apart my s52. The pistons are out and I'm now looking into the measurement/hone or bore stage.

On the top of cylinder 3 there is a very slight lip of around 0.001" and on cylinder 4 of around 0.002-0.003".

My question would be, should this be taken care of by an overbore or will a quick cylinder hone be an acceptable route? If a bore was needed, what is the max allowable bore that I can run stock pistons in?

Thanks for the help!

Matt
