Unfortunately not. I had an opportunity to take a job at McLaren Performance so I am now living in Michigan and the car is back in Canada. I am moving back the end of August so there should be some big updates throughout September. Probably only get a month of driving it then off to the dyno to get some pre cryo tests done and then away it will go for treatment.

Somewhat of a cold call and applied, it was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back. Not to mention how cheap gas and booze is in the states.
Cryo treatment looks like its going to happen January sometime, can't wait to start working on it again.

So finally put the reflashed chip in. Car is running much better. Just have to put in a new thermostat and it should be good to go.
Also got rid of my tires that were too big. Anyone have any suggestions on what size I should run to fit style 32's? Rims are 17x9 and 17x8.

Yeah, not matter what they'll look like crap and totally out of place unlesas you flare it. For actual tire size on 17", 225/45/17, 235/40/17, and 245/40/17 work best. 255/40 works as well, but they're taller.

Yeah its been done more then enough times. Just depends on how low/stiff I want to go. Probably will end up with 235/40 and 225/45. Fenders are already rolled, and if need be I will head over to stance factory and get them pulled as well.

Got some new rubber all around with Koni adjustables and a mild drop. Looks much better and doesn't rub. Also completed a cooling system overhaul.
Was thinking about getting a WAR chip for ease of tuning changes. Probably going to throw in a 3.5 MAF and 24# injectors and don't want to have to keep mailing my chip back and forth to turner and getting endless $100 charges every time they make an adjustment.
Anyone have any experiences? Have done some research and so far like what I see. Also have been in contact with miller performance and they think it is more then doable with their base tunes.

My research from BimmerForums seems to indicate that TRM has the best tuning for normally aspirated engines; Turner has mediocre reviews. For OBD-I, the best combination I've seen for dyno results of 230-240 whp is for 21.5# injectors (apparently, it's more than adequate for N/A), 3.5" MAF on an S50 motor. I'm planning on ordering one of their chips this week for my S50 and will likely order a custom tune for my AA s/c.

^Thanks for the info. I will look into that.
I hear good things about TRM, but its the same deal with mailing back the chip for a reflash. Really want to be able to do it on my own, plus you can run 4 different tunes with the WAR chip.

Heard good things about the WAR chip-- especially if you're doing a lot of tuning. That cost at turner would get way too much for not enough potential
I think that's the only option on the market -- unless you get into standalone systems or MS, etc
