Brand new "AC Schnitzer" ACS-style stainless steel exhaust tips
These are replicas but look pretty damn good. Had some wild custom exhaust plans for these but may be going in a different direction. Can be bolted on but will be even better if welded.
Have 2 dual-inlets, and 2 single-inlets. Brand new, only opened to mock up.
$60 for 1
$100 for 2
Not actual images but look like these:

Is there a sound to it or just a look factor?

They're just tips, so any sound effects would be minimal. If you combine it with other exhaust changes (e.g., muffler delete...) then you'll definitely hear a difference, and it'll look good too

Make me an offer, I want these gone!
Economical, quality exhaust tips for your 318i or any other single-tip exhaust... Also have the dual-tips as well, so I have something for pretty much every BMW!

Bump, may require some minor modification to fit, but nothing that will take more than 1/2-hour for any competent mechanic or muffler shop to do!

I am thinking of putting the dual one on my X3. Could you please take a couple of measurements as on the attached picture?
The red line is the internal diameter of the black pipe.
Thanks

It's approximately 6" wide, 3.5" tall, and 8" deep, and diameter of the inlets is 55mm.
