Perhaps: I bought in December, with the swap complete. I'm "fairly" sure the swap has been well before that, but I can't be certain...

As mentioned by TDot.

I can also assure anyone who is going to look at the car: that the millage of the vehicle has been pushed back by at the very least 80k. And that is a whole lot of age.

Buy the package from Carfax for $35 or $50, and look through the years of record, you'll be surprised lol.

Just my 2 cents.

Good luck with the sale OP.

Perhaps you'd like to share the carfax? And explain your 80k number? And why you misrepresented your offer to buy the car? And why you thought spinning tires are a "slipping transmission" (not clutch, transmission), and, finally, why you call your 328i an M3?

To interested parties who aren't here because they're upset that I didn't accept their lowball: there are some inconsistencies on the carfax related to mileage. I'll let the car do the talking - feel free to come by and take a look and a drive if you're interested in a $5k M3 vert. Or call me, I'll happily answer any questions you might have.
