Thanks man. No worries. I'm looking for an intake cam from a non vanos engine.

I'm planning on slapping it on the exhaust side since my engine is only single vanos and the m54 cam takes care of that.

Awesome work, looks like you are doing things right the first time and not taking short cuts.

What do you plan on doing with those engine parts? What setup are you going with? What pistons are you going to use? I didn't see you mention M54 pistons above.

I'm not sure if you already know, but you asked, a common build is to use M54B30 Crank, Pistons, Rods in a M50/M52 block.
M54 Intake Cam (Required Modification), M50/2 Exhaust.

Adam, returned your PM. Shoot me an email at work and I will be more then happy to give you a hand/answer any questions. When I am back in Canada we should meet up and maybe do an M50 stroker photo shoot!

What are your plans for tuning??

T.dot. the pistons and rods are hidden in the block.

The engine was oversped and bent some valves. Talked to Grant at 8 legs racing(awesome guy btw!) And I'm getting a good set of pistons from him.

Nate, thanks for the reply. I'm planning on building it up over winter so that's when your home

.... As of tuning yet, I have no clue. If anyone has suggestions please let me know!

^Excellent, this will be a really fun build. I read your also working on a MK2 Supra, my buddy is in the process of building a MK3 shooting for 800+hp that he stores/works on at my place. When I get home you will have to come by and we can shoot the shit.

As for tuning I am using the turner S50 chip but it is running lean. I am getting it flashed 5% percent higher so I will let you know how it works out.

I was looking at the trm chip from racer market. But who knows. Let me know how that chip works out for you.

The supra is also a buddy of mine. Just waiting for a spacer for the turbo flange because the compressor housing is too large.

I'm not sure if I'm boosting this motor later on so I was thinking going standalone like ms or something. I'm in the dark about tuning and know nothing. I really need to read up on it next.

Thanks t.dot for the link. That's where I got the idea from.
