Anyone do this before? What kind of discount? How does it work?

I had seen this in Grand River BMW, i notice they seem to be pushing hard about it.

Companies with over 5 cars, mega discount
Employees with company car allowance, also mega discount

wonder what are the discount levels...it applies to new only? I presume so.

rare for me to buy new as the depreciation is just too much in the first 3 years $ wise. no amount of discount could make up for it. as nice as it is to own new. perhaps i need to talk to a tax accountant.

anyone have experience with this in general?
