I'm back in Toronto, got no use for this stuff @ moms.
Benq W500 3LCD projector, has ~1000 hours on it (90% eco mode) on a brand new bulb from Benq.
Also includes:
-Ceiling mount (new, never used)
-7X9 ft blackout cloth to make a screen (Gain of 1, never used)
-Remote control
The projector has very light scuffs on it, and one of the legs on the bottom for adjusting height sometimes gets stuck. Does not affect functionality at all. This is a really sweet projector that has wonderful picture in rooms where you can control the light. On full power (not eco) and a dynamic lighting setting this projector is powerful enough to be watched in a normally lit room, but that defeats the purpose of having a movie theatre in your home.
Asking 400$. May consider reasonable offers.
